简介

1999.9-2003.7 北京大学化学与分子工程学院,获理学学士学位;
2003.9-2008.7 中国科学院上海有机化学研究所,获哲(理)学博士学位;
2008.9-2013.6 美国哈佛大学医学院细胞生物学系,博士后;
2013.7- 中国科学院上海有机化学研究所生物与化学交叉研究中心,副研究员。

研究方向
建立各种衰老及神经退行性疾病相关高通量/高内涵药物筛选模型;
应用高通量筛选发现与神经退行性疾病相关的调控基因,为药物开发提供新靶点;
应用高通量筛选发现新型小分子药物先导化合物,为进一步结构改造和优化打下基础;
利用活性小分子化合物为探针,运用化学生物学方法对与神经退行性疾病相关信号转导通路进行研究。
